The owner is really helpful and welcome. The room is beautiful and very cosy . It is not really in centre,but is a very peaceful location which I prefer.

The couple who manages the property is helpful and very welcome, interesting to talk to and with plenty of good advices. Always smiley and kind, easy going, ready to help for anything you might need.

Beautiful accommodation at the centre of ancient city of Pingyao in the bustling South Street. The owner and staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. They picked us up from the station and brought us to Ancient City (cars are not allowed inside) and also brought us on the day of departure, both for very reasonable fees, because we were with 5, too many for a taxi. The hotel and rooms were in a traditional style, allowing for great pictures.The beds and cushions were very comfortable for us. The bathroom and toilet are combined in a small room, but it wasn't bothersome.The owner knows the nearby shops and good spots to go to, definitely ask for tips. We enjoyed our 2 nights and 3 days in Pingyao a lot, definitely recommended.

I fell in love with this hotel. It has a gentle, old-world charm that makes you feel like you're in a classic movie. The bedrooms are exquisitely furnished, the courtyards are beautiful and despite the attractions of Datong I spent hours just sitting in the courtyards enjoying the atmosphere. The location is perfectly central in this interesting city where there's much to see. The breakfast is without doubt the most eclectic I've ever been served, but there was much to enjoy. So many small welcoming touches. I was so sad to leave!

Oferecendo comida chinesa e ocidental no local, o Pingyao Harmony Hotel dispõe de quartos bem decorados e dormitórios simples para os hóspedes. The staff is exceptional, their english is great. We had lunch and breakfast there, both were delicious.

Localizado no centro histórico de Pingyao, Patrimônio Mundial da UNESCO, o Lao Cheng Gen Hostel fica a 10 minutos a pé de Xianya, o antigo governo do condado. Really typical location, I loved the vibes and the host was really a good man. Wish I could stay longer (not for the town per se, but for the accommodation)
