Very personal, but we don't like soft beds at all. The next morning they tried their best to shuffle some rooms around so we could change rooms and have a different bed more to our liking. The staff is super friendly and tries to make sure your stay is fantastic! What a great first night in Chile! I was welcomed with such warmth. My room was quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was down the hall, lots of hot water. Breakfast was just what I needed. Location was on a quiet street within walking distance on the waterfront and downtown.

A perfect little apartment for short or longer stay in Puerto Natales. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and the highlight is the fully equipped kitchen, with oil, salt and pepper. I would stay here again if returning back to Puerto Natales.

A recently renovated apartment situated in Punta Arenas, Departamentos Carrera Nro 1 features a garden. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. Very easy access, and clear instructions to enter the property. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Modern for the area. There was a tv with access to lots of channels, the kitchen was equipped with all we needed it including curtesy tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid, etc. The bathroom was brand new and very clean. The place had central heating making it feel homy and welcoming, perfect space to share and enjoy with the fam.
