We even got a welcome drink because we were staying at the hotel, which was a nice touch.

The rooms are equipped with any plates, cutlery, etc.. We also liked very much that free parking is available. Michael is a kind-hearted person who wants to make your stay as nice as possible. He has many good tips and overviews that are very helpful to explore Oostende. A big surprise was the very successful varied and balanced breakfast. You can't have a better breakfast anywhere in Ostend! We were very happy here (price-performance fits super!) and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation and would come back any time. La petite Savane is a recently renovated apartment in the centre of Ostend, less than 1 km from Oostende Beach and a 16-minute walk from Mariakerke Beach. It is located 25 km from Boudewijn Seapark and provides private check-in and check-out. This pet-friendly apartment also has free WiFi. Younes was a friendly and very responsive host, right from the time of booking. The apartment was easy to find, and the key safe was easy to access. The apartment is beautifully decorated throughout, with comfortable bed and sofa. There is a full kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine) and dining table and chairs. The shower was huge with plenty of hot water. It was a very quiet area and only 15 minutes walk from both the station and the beach. We travelled here on the train so this was very useful for us. There is a supermarket just 5 minutes walk away at the top of the road, and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
