The staff were so lovely and accommodating. We arrived before check in after having an 11 hour bus there and they rushed to get our room ready early so we could sleep. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed comfy. Unfortunately we were only there for one night but I would definitely stay here again.

Very, very friendly host and hostess. Tok and Big, thank you very much for your kindness and lovely care. They are very flexible and open to help in any kind of situation. One of the many advantages of staying here is that you can rent a motorbike for only 250 baht a day. You only have to fill in your signature on a paper and that's it! No leaving your passport behind or paying a deposit. We wanted to take the moterbike for one or two days to Pai and that was no problem at all. Tok even checked our moterbike for any kind of problems.They didn't make us pay for the checkup. Also if you have any questions Tok and Big will try to help where they can. They give some tips about nice locations in Thailand that aren't too touristy and they can call a cab or an organisation for you. Our room was very big and clean, we liked the style of the interior and the vibe of the room. In the shared 'kitchen' outside, you can use drinking water, coffee and tea for free. The only disadvantage is that the location is not close to the city center, but a seven eleven is nearby (5 minutes walk). It also wasn't too bad of a location, we walked several times to the night market (18 minute walk) So if you do not mind to walk a bit then this is just perfect. It was nice to have your own room to rest and also the living area aka the kitchen outside to socialize with other travelers. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Chiang Mai.

The hotel is amazing, starting from the staff. Our host was Nude and nice at the beginning she helped us a lot with some guides and with the operation about the transfer. The facilities are excellent as well as the pool. We definitely would book this hotel again if we come back to Thailand.

The apartment size was perfect for two people, with a very comfortable bed and couch as well as a balcony to chill on. It was cleaned really well and communication with the host went smoothly. The night market just down the road from the apartment had varied and delicious food options, and there were also many cute restaurants in the area. We also used the laundromat just across the road. It's a 30 minute walk from the base of the monk's trail if you want to walk up to Wat Pha Lat. For reaching other parts of the city you'll need to use Bolt or rent a scooter, as it's a fair walk away from the center.

The grounds are decorated with a lot of tropical plants and ornate pieces you’d expect to see in Thailand. A jungle vibe here for sure! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cozy and beds high quality. Nice breakfast in the morning and located a short distance from bars/restaurants and the night bazaar. The staff knows very good English and they are happy to help you with anything you might need. They stored my luggage after check out which was great help. I booked through the hotel a whole day excursion to visit 3 temples, the Karen village and the Golden Triangle. It was ok but a bit rushed, the distances are so big that this was the only way to do it.
