Superb home-grown and home-cooked food in plenty...lovely innovative dishes using wild herbs and own fruit and vegetables plus fresh eggs from own chickens. Andrea and Rosa were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The location of this apartment was perfect, right on one of the main touristic streets in the old city, just minutes walking to some of the main attractions. It's next to a square with lots of nice food, and right across from the apartment is one of the best gelato shops we've tasted in Italy (their limone was to die for). Just 1 flight of stairs to the unit, that was sufficiently spacious, very warm, & clean. Despite its proximity to a restaurant with outdoors food settings, it was always quiet when we wanted to sleep.

The entire staff was VERY helpful, and accommodating. The vision of the owner is spot-on for a relaxing stay. Nikis Resort is the perfect place to stay in Umbria.

A quest rural area, but not far from Gubbio allowed us to rest and relax and still be able to visit as much as we wanted without too much driving. The hosts are wonderful, welcoming, helpful and warm (we even received freshly harvested plums from Signora's own orchard!). The rooms and bathroom were extremely clean and kitchen well-equipped. Sadly, we had to cut our stay short due to family emergency, but we will surely come back to Villa Mozart during our next stay.
