The property is within walking distance to the town center. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. The owner/host, named Fred, provided the best service during breakfast, which is served in a separate little kitchen area. He helped with dinner reservations before we arrived and offered to find a nearby place for laundry. Don’t hesitate to stay here! We’d gladly stay here again if we come back.

Pierre Antoine met us at the door and explained keys, etc. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The apt is charming, very well equipped, and very, very close to the town center with a multitude of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The outdoor market was on Saturday and was one of the best ever! We had a lovely 2 day stay and not only would we recommend this apartment, but would stay there again if ever we return to the charming town of Beaune.

A great B&B near the center of Beaune, within walking distance of restaurants, wine bars, shops, and tourist sites. We arrived by car, parking is in a secure lot on premises. Audrey was a perfect host, checking if we needed anything, and providing local recommendations. A wonderful breakfast (breads, croissants, cheese, fruit, yogurt, juice, and GF items) was served in a sunroom in the back of the house. The bedroom was spacious, bed was comfortable, the linens and towels were very good quality. We would stay here again.

Lovely location just a block from the city center of Beaune. So quiet and relaxing. Apartments are in a rambling historic house surrounding a peaceful large garden with swimming pool. Lots of places to sit around the pool, and a dining table under the trees if you want to dine or sip some Burgundy. We've stayed in two of the apartments, the larger one bedroom with balcony, and a smaller one bedroom apartment. Both are decorated impeccably with cool art and impressive antiques mixed with modern furniture. Very clean and renovated with quality materials. Lots of natural light and storage. The larger apartment has a full kitchen, while the studio has a sink, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, small fridge and microwave. You don't want to cook anyway with all the glorious restaurants in Beaune. There is a washer and dryer on the property which is very easy to use. Beds are new and comfortable, linens are top quality. Incredible place and warm host, so friendly. We will only stay here when we are in Beaune. A continental breakfast is optional, very reasonable. The host even went out of his way to order gluten free bread for me from the local bakery. It was delicious!
