We came to Costa Rica for the wilderness and after visiting La Fortuna and other areas of Costa Rica and seeing no animals we were thrilled when we saw them right on the property. This place was a slice of paradise. The property is so well designed that it feels so big, so private, and perfectly tucked away. I wish I could have stayed for longer. The owners are so lovely and helpful - Eric definitely made the experience for me! The little details such as freshly brewed coffee sitting outside your door in the mornings, freshly made fruit juice for breakfast, and the landscaping certainly raised my standards. Cannot recommend Villas Pina enough!

It is a quiet place perfect to relax and unwind. The villas are completely new and offer everything you need (including a well equipped kitchen). The host is wonderful and helps you in any way possible to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. I very much enjoyed my stay!

Location is pretty far from town; I would recommend renting a scooter to come and go more easily; we had trouble getting a taxi.
