The ladies (staff) were really welcoming, nice and help me to “fin my way” in the city, giving me guidance and recommendations about how to move around Bogota. I sent an email two days before my arrival asking if it was possible for me to get there earlier than the usual check in time and they were pretty flexible. I get there at 8ish am and my room was ready, the place was clean and everything as in the description.

The space was perfect, very comfortable and the location was on point! I love the way this apartment was setup, very modern and just like the picture! Lili was very respectful and kind and nice. I highley recommend to book here, the check in was soooo smooth, and having codes instead of keys to open door was very helpfull (+ face identification) very secure, safe zone. Close to EVERYTHING. Shops, like ZARA, Bershka, pull & bear stradivarius and much more, restaurants, parks, beauty salon, ATMs and shopping malls all a few steps away.

Elias was a fantastic host. He was welcoming, friendly and it was brilliant to practice my Spanish with him. It was also possible to refill my water bottle with filtered, chilled water and also to get coffee whenever you wish. The WiFi is extremely fast too. The views from both the room and balcony are amazing, and the security couldn't be better - it is in a gated block with security guards 24/7. The bed was also probably the most comfortable I've slept in over my whole trip. I would certainly book again if I'm in Bogotá.

My partner and I had a most comfortable stay. The rooms were exactly as advertised, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room and kitchen area. The host, Alberto, was very friendly. We were on the eighth floor with a lovely view. There is a good little cafe next door where we took breakfast. It was also very easy to order in. We appreciated that the front desk was staffed around the clock. Taxis were readily available by online ordering.
