All rooms feature a private bathroom, a hairdryer and bed linen. The proximity to the falls was great. Just a 10-15 minute walk which was a bonus. Excellent breakfast, super clean room and a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful time.

The Butler House Bed & Breakfast is an American Craftsman-style Foursquare residence built circa 1910 located in the Park Place Historic District in Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls State Park is just a 10-minute walk from the bed and breakfast, and the American Falls, as well as International Rainbow Bridge to Canada just a mile away. One of the very few extraordinary place we've have ever visited in our life. The experience is out of this world! I would like to personally thank to Dan and Jamie, they are wonderful. They have redefined the hospitality concept . They are so sincere and genuine you couldn't have ever met. The bed and breakfast is 700 metres from Casino Niagara, 1.1 km from Journey Behind the Falls and 1.3 km from Greyhound Canada. Toronto Pearson International Airport is 79 km away. Great location. Riverfront and close enough to walk to Falls on both sides. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating to any request.

Horseshoe Falls and Casino Niagara are both within 1 km from the Strathaird Bed and Breakfast. The Rainbow Bridge and Whrilpool Bridge border crossings to the US are both less than 1 km away. Felt home. Mattress was really comfy. I usually have issues with hotels mattress not being comfy. Breakfast was great. Fresh and good variety. Sunny was very very helpful and accommodating. No noise from other rooms even though looks like a small space between rooms.

I would like to recommend this B&B because of its proximity to the United States Falls and the Rainbow Bridge, which connects the borders of both countries. It is a quiet and safe place where you can walk at night and listen to the sound produced by the fall of the Water from the falls as well as a beautiful view at sunrise as you can see the rocky walls of the Niagara River and the entire landscape of the casinos and buildings in the United States as this property has balconies in front and another in the back where you can enjoy the Warmer temperatures in the afternoon. It has clean and ventilated rooms where you can breathe the freshness of the wind and listen to the singing of the birds. It seems to feel like a paradise for those who love nature and in the mornings a nice lady greets us with good morning. who prepares breakfast for us with everything very well organized and clean and asks you how you want to take it looking at the landscape or inside the dining room and there is also the option of a kitchen to be able to cook the food that you buy to your liking and thus be able to save on expenses in restaurants as there are many attractions to enjoy in the center of the city
