A good location for a stress-free stay in Solčava, Hiša Ojstrica is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden. This charming guest house is situated in the most spectacular spot in the valley. Our hostess, Barbara, was very welcoming and we were upgraded to the suite on the top floor which was very spacious with a living room and a separate bedroom on a mezzanine. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in our 2 month journey around Europe. The breakfast which cost 12 euro pp was excellent and well worth the money, and we ended up having dinner in the restaurant both nights as the food was very, very good, the wine and beer list extensive and there was a choice of menu of the day or al a carte, both good value.

As we traveled a lot we have to say that staying here was the best experience that we ever had. The staff is wonderful, food all homemade and delicious, room was amazing. And it’s only 15min drive to the entrance to Logarska dolina. Will come here again for sure. ❤️

Featuring mountain views, House Raduha - depandansa provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 44 km from Beer Fountain Žalec. We stayed in one of the rooms as they were the only available at that time but we enjoyed it pretty much. Its a lovely place in little town but at the stream at the same time in which you can enjoy fishing. The room was nice, bed comfortable - the only thing we would add to the room is a little fridge and more electric socket but it was all we needed and there was a lady everyday that cleaned it so we were positively surprice. Of course the best thing is that you can take advantage of the restaurant with lovely breakfast and 5 course dinners so while staying in the economy room you can still have this luxury feeling and that was perfect for us! The owners are a lovely family and we really enjoyed talking with them. That is amazing how professional service they deliver to their guests while still remaining a family run business with warm friendly atmosphere. For us it was as if we have found one of those accomodation tresure that we love. Highly recommend!

Guest House and Museum Firšt has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Solčava. Among the various facilities of this property are a bar and ski storage space. Our stay here was truly amazing! The hotel was great and the rooms had an amazing view on the valley- we had our own balcony! The food was delicious as well! The hike behind the hotel was gorgeous: you can visit a small cave on the mountain and rest on a small bench with a great view. It is located very close to the entrance of logar valley with beautiful hikes and waterfalls. Most importantly the owners are a family who are really helpful, kind and welcoming. My friend was really sick during our stay and the owners called the pharmacy, brought her tea and calming food. Overall a great stay, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming in the area!
