ČEBRON FAMILY ESTATE is situated in Branik and has a pool with a view and mountain views. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Absolutely perfect, the family are so helpful. We were travelling on bikes, they gave us perfect recommendations for the next day. Helped us with dinner, breakfast was delicious. The room was new, and the wine delicious. We managed to fit a bottle on our bike which we enjoyed a couple of days later. Yes, we will be back, is a great place for a base for biking.

This really is a boutique hotel and is located in the quiet village of Lokev, but close to Trieste and to the Škocjan Caves, which was our primary destination. Lokev is small and quiet, but close to Divača where there is a train station and other services. The owners, Dajana and Boris, are two of the most delightful hosts we have ever met. And the chef prepares gourmet dinners that are a true highlight. The facility was well designed and spotless. The beds were really great and the bath was superb.

Set in Sežana, in a historic building, 20 km from Trieste Train Station, Guesthouse Domacija Sajna is a guest house with a garden and bar. You can have dinner under the trees tasting mushrooms and truffles and excellent meat! The staff is customer oriented and cuisine also very good. Apartments are clean, large and bed very comfortable. Take the chance to visit the Postumia caves which are really very impressive! Last but not least, I forgot my power supply there and after three days it was upon my desk at home. Top!

Residence Apolonija Guest House ligger i Sežana og har restaurant. Gratis Wi-Fi er tilgjengelig på deler av overnattingsstedet. Sežana sentrum ligger 2 km unna. This accomodation exceeded our expectation and offered great luxury for affordable price. The room was amazing (we had one with own jacuzzi). This place also offers dinners which include homemade local dishes that are beyond restaurant (cash only) level combined with excellent local wines. Big recommondation for that! Brekfast was very nice and served by the extremely friendly staff that fullfilled all our wishes during the stay.

This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.... The owners: Boris and Nadia were delightful, helpful, informative and very gracious (ask to see their wonderful cantina!). Boris will cook dinner for guests, on request, and Nadia makes some impressive desserts. Both are Slovene but are good at Italian and English. The pool is lovely, and the views are magnificent. A totally wonderful stay

Gaja, the owner, was super helpful and welcoming. Excellent breakfast, 6- course top notch dinner menu, great wines. Visiting this place is a must when touring Alps to Adriatics bike route in Slovenia!
