Everything. The room was very clean and big, everything looks brand new. The bed is very confortable and big, the bathroom is very spacious, the facilities are great, the staff is super helpful, especially Carlos which gave us some very helpful advice on how to visit the island along with some maps. They even have an elevator(lift) even if there aren't many stairs. You don't need to stay closer to Ponta Delgada as you will mostly travel by car and from CFS Azores you are 7-10 minutes away from the city center where you can eat and do stuff if you want to. It was great altogether, I 100% recommend it and would return.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of sea, Solar de Santo André is a recently renovated guest house located in Ponta Delgada, 12 km from Pico do Carvao. highly recommend staying at Solar de Santos André! I was lucky to stay there 4 nights (3 in the studio and 1 in the appartment), it is really a beautifull place! The house is a museum in itself, you can feel that history took place in those rooms, the 'library' is incredible and the kitchen is a dream. Eduarda will give you lots of tips and advice on the island, and if you wish she will tell you the story of the house. You trully feel at home and in a cocoon within the city. The breakfasts are awsome (thank you Maria as well :) I'll be back for sure!!

Located just 8.5 km from Pico do Carvao, Vila Rosario features accommodation in Ponta Delgada with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as luggage storage space. Nice, spacious and comfortable room. Warm welcome on arrival and throughout our short stay. Dedicated parking area. Nice selection for breakfast. Excellent value. Would stay again.

Set 12 km from Pico do Carvao, DMCharme offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a patio. Bed is comfortable. Private bathroom is huge. The host is very attentive and helpful. Daniel helped me with taxi when I was in the middle of the island.

Landescape Furnas in Furnas provides adults-only accommodation with a rooftop pool, a garden and a terrace. The bed and breakfast features a spa experience, with its sauna, hot tub and hammam. The structure is a perfect choice for those who want to relax and have a break from a chaotic city. The building is perfectly integrated with the nature: everything is built with wood and black stone and it gives you interior peace. very symmetrical. it looks like a dinosaur could appear at any moment. they also bring you hot bread every morning

CITY STONE HOUSE in Ponta Delgada provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. City stone house it's just Amazing ! What a great place to stay with everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen it's super equiped and spacious! The room very clean, spacious and well decorated ! From the apartment to city center it's less then 10 min walk! Now the most important to me .. The Host Emanuel it's such a great guy , always willing to help and with a lot of attention to detail like giving us a lot of tips to make our stay in Sao Miguel even better !

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Algarvia, Casa Baleia a Vista is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the mountain. Our hostess, Manuela, is helpful, resourceful, and among others, a great cook. Be sure to try local dishes and specialities cooked by her! The rooms and the common areas are clean and comfy. The view from the balcony alone is worth the trip! The location is quiet, near hiking trails alongside famous viewpoints. A true sample of great hospitality!

Located within 500 metres of Praia do Corpo Santo and 600 metres of Praia da Vinha da Areia in Vila Franca do Campo, Pousada da Vila features accommodation with seating area. The owner was a real friendly person, and very welcoming. She made sure I was properly checked in and everything was in order, and gave some extra tips about the small town.

Beautiful property, well stocked and comfortable as well. Host was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again if we came back! (it was fantastic to have nearby parking that was free, and Ponta Delgada was only a few minutes away. Very easy!)
