He gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. He kept an eye on my car parked across the street from the Casa Luar while we hiked 4 days northbound on the area’s Fisherman’s Path. The breakfast was outstanding! Fresh baked bread, excellent coffee, fresh juice, pastries! Very tasty, very convenient and taken together with the room, excellent value for the price. The room was spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient for our purposes and we were able to feel comfortable about parking our car there while we hiked. As soon as we came back 4 days later to retrieve our car, the owner immediately came out and chatted with us!

My number 1 place to book a room when I'm in the Aljezur area (Vale da Telha), been there several times already. The house and rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfy. The outside area (small terrace in the back, big terrace with pool in the front) are also nice to hang out. Kitchen with all amenities, complimentary coffee, tea and fruit and space in the guest fridge or cupboard for own food. Valerio, the owner, is super nice and friendly. Good for surfers too (there is a board rack and some space to wash and hang the wetsuit). Parking is available in the front of the house.

The modern bathroom. Excellent shower. Nice and friendly owner who took time to give some recommendations. No breakfast at the hotel but free coffee at the backery next door for hotel guests.
