The room was wonderful - like stepping back in time, with a few modern conveniences. It was my first time sleeping in a loft, which made the whole experience even better. The location was excellent - right on the main square, and easy to find.

He gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. He kept an eye on my car parked across the street from the Casa Luar while we hiked 4 days northbound on the area’s Fisherman’s Path. The breakfast was outstanding! Fresh baked bread, excellent coffee, fresh juice, pastries! Very tasty, very convenient and taken together with the room, excellent value for the price. The room was spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient for our purposes and we were able to feel comfortable about parking our car there while we hiked. As soon as we came back 4 days later to retrieve our car, the owner immediately came out and chatted with us!

Pure Fonte Velha B&B in Vila do Bispo provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. Everything! Beautifully decorated, clean, bright, lovely staff and wonderful breakfast. We liked it so much we came back for another night for our rest day and the owner was wonderful about accommodating us too. I think it ties for one of our favourite places to stay on the Fisherman’s Trail too.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Love the room just wish we had more chance to use the patio (couldn’t this time because of the weather). Fantastic little gem in a beautiful town. David was a great host, super friendly welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful decorated, super clean and comfortable with great amenities. The location is fabulous and I would highly recommend the Charm-In Center!
