Coffee and croissant. perfetto.

Bed was really comfy, shower was incredibly beautiful, with a glass door (when in to the Fuego room, probably better to sleep there with your significant other, but you can still manage to get some privacy otherwise). Location is really good as you can go visit by foot. Parking isnt that bad, as we managed to park in the street neer the hotel, and only had to walk 5 minutes or so. Breakfast was good, served on the terrace (fresh fruits, coffee, cereals, local jams, local pastries..) would def come back when in Matera, great value for the money!

MaisonSilvi', a property with a bar, is situated in Matera, 1.1 km from Matera Cathedral, less than 1 km from MUSMA Museum, as well as a 13-minute walk from Casa Grotta nei Sassi. Danilo is the guy who welcomed us. He was amazing. Extremely friendly and positive person. Helped us with taxi for our return and was very welcoming. Thank you, Danilo! The location is very good, right next to the old city and the Sassi but still in the modern part.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, couldn’t believe it’s real, absolutely amazing! Our room was nice and clean, breakfast super good.
