Arriving late in the evening was a breeze, and the staff made us feel right at home, ensuring a smooth transition into our beautiful apartment. The level of convenience and hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the convenience of free public parking just 300 meters away was a game-changer in a city where parking can be a challenge. This place is strategically located half way from the Matera central station on the downhill way to the city centre, in five minutes walking distance to both places, with everything you may need for your stay easily reachable on foot. It looks like the apartment in the residential building has been rebuilt to serve as an interesting concept of a mini hotel with a couple of comfortable, pleasant and quiet rooms, and the common space with the front desk and a small dining area, offering the free access to coffee/tea machine around the clock. The staff provided the luggage storage and texted us as soon as the room was ready, which we appreciated very much. If we find the time to visit Matera again, we'll definitely book this place again.

Perfect location, nice and clean room with plenty of space. The room was always as new. The staff was very friendly, helpful at all times and checking regularly on us.

Amazing location. View from the terrace was amazing. Really good and delicious breakfast. The hosts are helpful and nice. We arrived early and they let us check in early which was really good for us.
