This hotel was AMAZING! It was so quiet, clean, and comfortable and close to everything. Our bags were lost coming into Ireland and we were so lucky that this hotel was so close to shopping.! The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. As someone who has traveled a lot within Ireland and the UK, I cannot reccommend this place enough. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

It exceeded my expectations in all aspects. Excellent stay. Will definitely come back by car! The locations isn't an issue if you drive, but on foot the roads are no so friendly. No sidewalks and drivers speed in the area.

We had a very pleasent stay at Beechtree House. The room was nice, the breakfast good and the hosts, Joan & Pat, made us feel very welcome. Joan even waited up for us when we arrived very late due to delays on our airfare. Thank you so much. We can truly recommend to stay in Beechtree House!

The property is set in Tallaght, just a 7-minute walk from The Square Tallaght and 1.9 km from National Basketball Arena. The room was as described, the owner was kind and friendly, the breakfast was great.

Liam's courtesy was more than excellent. He provided me with all the useful information I needed and his joviality and kindness are unmatched. The room was bright and very welcoming. The bed was keen and comfy. Extremely clean and well-kept bathroom. The breakfast was abundant and really tasty. My stay was above my expectations and it's all thanks to Liam. Just a 10-minute drive from Dublin Airport, Rose Cottage B&B offers free WiFi and free public parking. The host was magnificent - walked me through and explained the lodge. Even phoned the taxi where I had left my mobile phone and dealt with the driver when he picked it up. Spotless, lovely garden, sports field next door, 5 minute wonder to the shops through greenery. Couldn't have asked for more - would love to have stayed longer.
