I’d give the staff of casabella (actually hotel grotta) 100 stars if I could. Everyone on staff is so kind and so helpful. I’ve stayed in a LOT of hotels, I including Some far more fancy and I’ve never encountered better staff. They make this hotel! The breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. Bed isn’t insanely soft but soft enough. The waterfall shower is great. And the patio of the hotel has a great view of the sunset! The sauna/hot tub are lovely too!

The hotel location was a foot step to supermarkets, restaurants, beach and also bus stop. Makes it so easy and accessible to nearly everything. Throughout our stay, Anna continued to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was arranging transportation, or recommending local hidden gems, she was always eager to assist. Her knowledge of the area was impressive, and her passion for Naxos was contagious.
