The sound proof doors and windows (there was a very high music in the outside and we didn’t listen anything). The bathroom that was new and good (especially the shower). And, of course, the host. Nick helped us with everything we needed during our stay. It is definitely a place to recommend for anyone.

Alegria Pension ligger bekvemt i Chanias gamle bydel, 1,5 km fra Koum Kapi-stranden, 1,7 km fra Kladissos-stranden og 100 m fra Firkas-fæstningen. The location was excellent with everything you needed just a short walk away. The owner, Artemis was lovely. So friendly and welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we had the best time. The room was a good size with all the necessities. A good comfortable bed, great air conditioning, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a fully stocked bathroom and a safety deposit box.

Boutique Hotel Die Zwei Brüder ligger i Matala, blot 100 m fra Matala-stranden, og tilbyder indkvartering med havudsigt, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. The location is perfect and it’s a beautiful place to stay! The rooms are decorated with a lot of love and the staff was really friendly. Really good, small breakfast buffet but they are making every effort to make your stay nice! :-) Definitely coming back!

Antartisa B&B ligger i Limni Innachorio og har udsigt over bjergene og søen. Der tilbydes indkvartering og morgenmad tilberedt med traditionelle råvarer. That was the perfect getaway from the busy city we stayed at. It is quiet, has a great view. The air was fresh during the night so we could sleep with an open balcony. The balcony opens with one of two doors. One is for walking through it, another one is with mesh, to not let insects get it. Facilities top notch. Unfortunately we were in a hurry in the morning, so we had no time to taste breakfast. But the menu was looking very promising, with lots of egg variations that I like.

My husband and I stayed here for our elopement in Crete and post-ceremony honeymoon. Amazing boutique hotel with great location on beautiful quiet street in Chania's old town. You would never guess that you are a minutes walk from the bustling action of the harbor. Our room was spacious and did not feel cramped with all of the stuff we brought for our two week trip and our wedding ceremony clothes. Georgia, the hotel manager (I'm not sure if she is the owner as well) was there to meet us when we checked in and went above and beyond to ensure we were perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. She even worked with the cleaning staff to arrange our room so it had rose pedals and balloons in honor of our wedding one of the days when we were out and personally delivered a hand packed lunch the night before we left as we had to get up early to head to our next destination before the free breakfast was served. The cleaning staff was also beyond friendly and provided an amazing service. They went above and beyond cleaning our room each day, delicately putting away my wedding dress and organizing our shoes, folding any clothes left out on the bed, etc. Would stay here again without hesitation on any future visits to Chania!
