Phil was able to recommend local cafes/pubs/restaurants and had a good selection of information regarding local attractions on display. The breakfasts are lovely, with something to please anyone. Edna keeps the rooms/ensuites spotlessly clean. The location is very close to the town, but surprisingly quiet.

Breakfast and evening meal on the first day were very good and plentiful and the proprietors arranged for us to eat Chinese at the hotel the second evening. Delicious home-made cakes too. Delyth and Graham were charming. and very helpful. They advised us what to do and where to go on our one full day which proved to be excellent and interesting in spite of the weather, and they made sure we had their telephone numbers in case we got lost. The litle dog Charlie was adorable.

The breakfast very good, the room was furnished on a calm and elegant style. The hosts were open en caring; we had very good conversations. They also made sure that our e-bikes were stored well.
