At the building is big parking(7€/day). In the apartment, you have all the appliances you need, so you can prepare yourself breakfast or lunch. Nice balcony with nice view on the park.

The location was close to the city center (by tram) but also other places I needed to visit. Shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet area even if only a few minutes from the tram. Great to wake up and enjoy your morning on a terrace. We also appreciated a fully equipped kitchen and no need to buy the basics ;-)

Close enough to the train station, as well as the city center is 15 min away. The atmosphere in the house takes me to my childhood ( wooden furniture, Czechoslovakian handmade crystals and green areas in the guestroom). Instead of staying in unnecessary expensive hotels, definitely you should pick this.
