Wonderful guest house with all of the amenities you could ask for. Marco and Joana are friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. We can't recommend this accommodation more for a long weekend in the Douro Valley, off-street and secure parking was another huge bonus!

The location is perfect. It's in a quiet little town a short distance from Regua and Lamego, which we preferred so we could avoid all the tourists. We biked everywhere, and enjoyed the steep ascents and descents. Most importantly, Diogo and his mother were the most generous and friendly hosts!

Casa do Romezal is a typical Douro Valley house, surrounded by vineyards and providing stunning views over the surroundings.

Margarida is a wonderful host, full of tips for visits, restaurants, things to do. The porch of the B&B has a beautiful view over the valley, ideal to watch the sunset. We had a large room, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is really nice, with freshly cut fruit, and a variety of local cheeses and hams. Highly recommended!

This is a remote location which after 5 weeks of heavy travel was much appreciated, beautiful views. The earlier reviews noted it was smart to bring my own food which I did. It was a wonderful retreat for a few days! This place is clean it is comfortable and the host is the absolute best. Daniel made sure I found his spot by guiding me there himself due to a road closure, the next day when I got turned around he helped me again. He is gracious very accomodati g and makes awesome PORT!

Unfortunately, we have stayed for only one night. We would really wish we could spend more time here. Amazing view to the city and rive, relatively quiet, very hospitable host, clean and comfy beds. Two separate rooms are perfect for families. And 3 types of milk for breakfast for you picky ones :)
