This was an excellent way for us to have a family holiday without breaking the bank. It worked very well. My family had two rooms for us and then we shared the kitchen on the ground floor with one other family who were staying. The kitchen was well equipped and Lidl was just around the corner. The pool was lovely and was cleaned every day. The bedding was nice and comfortable and the room was cleaned while we were there. We had breakfast at 8 or 9am of freshly baked bread, croissants and fresh fruit salad and coffee every morning. Such a treat! The host was very kind.

Oh men, where to start. I find it hard to believe that such legendary hospitality is not famous everywhere. When we got there, we first of all got a free upgrade with the room. Then we got free beer to settle down. Then, when we cooked in the kitchen, we got fresh vegetables from the garden. The lettuce and tomatoes where picked before our eyes. Then, we got a delicious dessert from the mother of the house. Nice room as well, slept like a baby. You think this would be it, but no. Next day, in the monastery, where the host owns a shop, we got a little "tour" and inside information. I can recommend this place to everyone.
