I loved everything, the area is spectacular, room excellent, great food, the best Italian coffee, a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, they made sure everything was great! The residence, the room were very clean and tidy, the place quiet, nice for a relaxing time, also great to visit places during the day in the area, easily reachable by car. My favourite thing was the view from my room, I could not have asked for more!!

Our stay was so relaxing and the house very comfortable with everything we needed and more. The house itself was charming and very clean. Having a car may have made getting around easier if we had been staying for longer but it gave us the opportunity to just rest in the peaceful surroundings so we were very happy here. It was lovely to look at the lake from the breakfast room. We could also see the lake from our room. Nearby, within easy walking distance through the village, was a very good restaurant which also had a pleasant atmosphere and good food. Quiet and peaceful. Parking available just outside the B and B. Helpful and friendly owner. Baby swallows were being fed across from our window. We continued on our drive around the amazing Lake Como.

Giovanni is a great host and we loved the house, the nearby beach (3 min walk through the forrest) and the quiet location. Piona beach (1 km) is an excellent windsurfing site, Collico offers bars, restaurants, grocery shopping and two windsurfing schools. Hiking on the ersten shore of the lake is nice (good accessability by car and great views down to the lake).

He invited us for a day of sailing on the lake as it was an incredible experience. He also gives you tips on where to go and where to eat.
