Although you had family issues, your sister in law awaited us, showed us our very nice rooms, gave us some great advice (to take the wonderful coastal road to Kilkee) and also served a very delicous breakfast in a very nice surrounding. The breakfasts were hearty Irish fare, egg/bacon/sausage/toast/etc. Best in Cty. Clare. Our room was comfortable, roomy, with clean towels every night. Couldn't ask for more! Location is convenient to pubs and restaurants which are plentiful in Kilkee. Helen and Gerary are fantastic hosts.
