We had a fantastic four night stay at this stunning farmhouse. Julie and Iain were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The large rosedale room was spotlessly clean. It had a comfy bed, sofa, large bathroom and a good view of the countryside. The breakfast was great too. This place had good wifi, free parking and a great location. We walked the Cleveland way to Staithes from our B&B with some panoramic views on the coastal route. A pub is nearby which was convenient and there’s a bus stop there too. We took a bus to Whitby and back on a day trip out. We would return here again. Highly recommend.

Newly decorated room, very comfortable bed, toiletries provided and tea and coffee well stocked. All very fresh and clean. Very welcoming host and a wonderful full English breakfast. Good location, easy to access the area.
