They were extremely helpful and friendly. The lady at reception (possibly the owner) also allowed us to park our motorcycles in a garage next door and offered to dry our wet gear in their drying room.

The hosts & staff are perfect, can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. Recommended to all bikers (A MUST) if are doing all the Swiss Mountain Passes. Sat on my balcony watching a wide variety of bikes and sports cars go past, it was like a mobile car show. Not that they were a nuisance - everything went quiet in the evening. Would definitely stay again. Very helpful staff, food in the evening was good too.
