And you're getting: (1) the host who is always eager to help and who, I could see, really cares about the property and keeps it well-functioning at all times, (2) a personal chef who cooks delicious meals to your order every evening — the prices are more than reasonable, and the food I tried in nearby restaurants doesn't even compare to the quality of these home-cooked wonders, (3) amazing and helpful staff who make sure all your needs are met, (4) beautiful clean beach just 20-30 meters away from your room, (5) picturesque sunsets you can view right from the balcony.

Comfortable guesthouse with spacious and renovated family rooms, great for an extended stay. It is 5min away from Cinnamon Bey beach. The staff extremely nice and helpful. The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!

Amzaing place, I really love this this place & All amenities are perfect. Super clean room & spacious. Staff is so frindly and they have allowed late checkout without at anycost. So flexible don't wanna miss this place on my next work trip.

This property is exceptional, but better than the property are the host and his wife. It is a 7 min walk to a beautiful clean beach. 3 - 5 mins by tuk tuk to the city centre and various ayurveda centres, money exchange, pier88 (fantastic restaurant on the river). A tuk tuk to the city centre and back is approx 300 slr. You can stop by at keels for your groceries. Turtle hatcheries, water sports at some of the. Upmarket resorts, river safaries are all with a 10 min ride. You must stay at this property. Had a perfect and special breakfast. I really liked it. Host is very helpful. Arranged free transport to the beach. And helped to find everything what i want. And there is a kitchen with all the kitchen items you can cook there in your way. City also near to villa.
