Kirinda Heaven - Yala, a property with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, is set in Kirinda, 700 metres from Kirinda Beach, less than 1 km from Nidangala Beach, as well as 14 km from Tissa Wewa. I stayed one night at Kirinda Heaven. It’s a beautiful, family run property. The property is fairly new so all of the accommodations are modern. It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

Boasting a balcony with garden views, a garden and a bar, Kingfisher Beach Resort -Yala can be found in Kirinda, close to Nidangala Beach and 500 metres from Kirinda Beach. Beautiful house in a divine environment, you just hear the sound of the waves and the peacocks! Shehan the owner is super super nice and he became a friend he is a warm and giving host and a wonderful cook!

Situated within 45 km of Hummanaya Blow Hole and 31 km of Bundala Bird Sanctuary, Amawin Resort provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hambantota. The owner was simply amazing and his hospitality was at a level above the rest the rooms were clean and the owner tended to all small and big needs of ours. The special touch given by him of curd and treacle was amazing service of this quality is very rare and should be appreciated

Situated in Kirinda, near Nidangala Beach, Kirinda Beach and Kirinda Temple, Treasure Rock has a shared lounge. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. I did not stay here while in Kirinda due to limited space (the owner and I connected on Whatsapp and he helped in finding me another property nearby) but most of the people in my group did. I wanted to write a review based on my experience with the property and the communication with the host when they realized that they were double booked. We had dinner for 16 there and it was amazing. The Host family is great and the property is in an amazing location. My friends that stayed there loved it. It’s a little bit more expensive than some of the other options but from what I could see it’s worth it!
