We choose to have the three course dinner at the guesthouse and we would recommend this if you stay. Breakfast was also scrumptious.

In fact, it's even hard to find correct words to describe our stay at this beautiful & unique house. Stay at Kolkuos house was one of the main highlight from our trip in Iceland. It's absolutely unique experience. Everything was more than perfect. The house inside is very beautiful, comfortable, super clean, stunning view from the window. I would love to stay much more longer there, because this house has some magic energetic. The feel is definitely like at the end of the world, very calm, relax & cozy.

Modern apartment with seperate entrance, loved how cosy it felt during a snowy night! Tv with netflix, easy check in by code and very central location close to restaurants, grocery and church. Gamli Skólinn Húsavík offers accommodation in Húsavík. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The accommodation has a seating area. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher and oven. The house is a historical house as it was the first elementary school in Husavik. The house is renovated with apartments, and ours was very beautiful, well decorated and very comfortable, it had everything you need! Good communication with hosts and they were very helpful as we had an issue going there with a storm. Totally recommend it!

Featuring a private pier and an impressive sea view, Tungulending Guesthouse is located 13 km outside of Húsavík village. Relaxation options include enjoying a drink at the bar. Great place to be! Situated directly at the sea, the place has been carefully renovated and comes with a special flair. We came after the main tourist season was over and had the place to ourselves, which was quite a luxury. The host wasn’t onsite, but we were in touch via the phone and he was very attentive and helpful. Pity we only stayed one night.
