Beautiful location with easy access to beaches and restaurants and small groceries stores in San Roque. Wonderful terrace with views over the ocean and a protected swimming area. The ocean pathway extended to the town of Ponta Delgada. Diogo from the agency was extremely helpful and accommodating!

The house is has a great floor plan with spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms, two of them private. The whole house was clean, neat and modern decorated and the view from the windows overlooking the sea is amazing. The common area invites the guests to hang out at cook together. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped ones I have experienced. Bruno the host made sure we had everything we needed and would respond to our messages within very short time.

Casa Cabanas is very comfortable house with nice garden. We were group of 6 adults and 2 teenagers. House is fully equipped also with dryer what is by local weather very practical. No problem to park a car near the house on the street. During our stay we were in touch with owners, who were very helpful and friendly.

Fernando, Sofia and Maura were wonderful hosts! They definitely went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Maura helped orient us to our new surroundings, guiding us to the unit when we arrived late in the evening. She also spent time to show us around the unit and provide some recommendations for sights to see, things to do and places to dine. They were very organized having a list of recommended restaurants, the types of foods offered, their addresses and roughly how far they were from the unit which was very helpful. The unit also has a designated parking spot so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking on the street. They also provided a complimentary welcome package of Azores specialties for us to try which was a real delight! Fernando also went the extra mile and helped us to book a reservation at a popular restaurant as we did not have a phone to make calls. He also surprised us with a small parting gift for us to remember the Azores. We are a family with a 3 year old toddler with us and the unit was very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended Barrocas Villas for future stays!

The spaces made us feel like home. The view was simply beautiful as we could see the coastline and the see. Opening the window also allowed to have a peak on a 180° view.
