The host was extremely welcoming from the start and gave us a tour of all the amenities (kayaks, paddle board, fire pit, and more). The property is beautifully decorated and centrally located, within walking distance of all the wonderful places to visit in Trondheim. The kitchen and back patio were especially great for our stay. We would 100% come back to stay here in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leif's place, right on the Nidelva river in the downtown area. Leif was extremely attentive, kind and was always helpful and quick to answer any questions. The place was well-appointed with everything that you will need, though the weather was still a bit too chilly for us to enjoy the amazing outdoor amenities (bbq, kayak) there. Having a parking space was a definite plus, though walking to the center of town is a 10-minute walk.

Fantastic apartment by the sea, with big windows and modern decoration. We were lucky enough to have good weather to enjoy breakfast outside, and see some porpoises and northern lights. Linen and towels were provided, which is an excellent benefit compared to other Scandinavian accommodations. One downside to those with limited mobility or small children is that the apartment is down the cliff straight from the road, and one must go down three long, steep flights of steps to reach it. But it is well lit in the evening, and we even took the bus to the city. The communication with the host was quick and efficient. I'd definitely come back when I have visitors again.

This is a lovely, clean and inviting 1-room apartment including a kitchenette and bathroom. With the newly provided bed, we had a wonderful, comfortable sleep. We loved the privilege of free parking, which can be hard to find in Trondheim. Although there is no guarantee that there will be available parking spots in the free parking area, there were available spots the whole time that we were there. In particular, we highly appreciated the host, who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, satisfied and taken care of. He answered messages and questions promtly and was service-minded like few others. We highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing little apartment with view of the lake and lovely places to walk around and see the city lights from the city outskirts. Very friendly hosts. Though Public transport is available a walking distance away, having your own vehicle would be a great advantage.
