I think it was most amazing stay in all of Cambodia. Bungalow home all to myself. Had such authentic village like lifestyle stay. Sleeping while hearing the nature was wonderfully peaceful. The food is delicious, has extremely great boat tours which the value was worth so much more than the cost. Fun and generous owner also. Recommend very much.

We came as guests and left as friends. The support from Karolina was unique and we have never experienced the warmth of her team in three months of traveling around Asia. The rooms with a sea view are great and the beach is beautiful but the highlight was without a doubt the on-site support.

Firefly guesthouse is absolutely beautiful. I planned on only staying two nights, but kept extending. This is a place you don’t want to leave. Waking up at the riverside, having a swim and just watching the boats go by.. absolute bliss. The owner and his family are also so friendly and accommodating, and the food is so good and fresh. They also can make their dishes vegan. This is the perfect place is you want somewhere to just relax and take it all in. Really loved it there!

His friendly, laidback attitude perfectly fits with the vibe of the property and makes this an ideal place to just sit back and recharge your battery while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I never usually review but I had such a pleasant stay at Apsara that I must tell people about it! The guesthouse is very very clean and the facilities are amazing for Koh Rong. The location is very central so you have access to activities, food and drink right at your door. The best part of the guesthouse is Kunthea and Rudy, the owners. They are extremely attentive and offer fabulous customer service. They can organize all your activities quickly and at a good price. In fact I had an issue with mine and they sorted it out in minutes. Please if you are looking to stay in Koh rong, support a Cambodian family guesthouse :).
