Being able to check in early. The friendliness and welcoming of the person at the reception. My son had forgotten a couple of items in the room. The guy from the hotel rang us and came as far as our parked car to hand us back our belonging. Thank you so much.

Very nice stay and would happily come back! Communication about the self check in was very clear and easy via what's app. The location is very handy close to the train station and a 5 minute walk to La Concha beach. Room is nice and bed very comfortable.

The location is extremely convenient. I found the room clean, cobfortable and quiet. I had a very good night sleep. I appreciated the self check in option, as I arrived late in the evening. The closeness to the public car park and the reduced rate available to me as a guest of the Pension was also a plus. Ruth, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful. I would gladly come back and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Great location. Amazing use of a small space. Everything we needed in an apartment. San Sebastián is all about being out amongst life - food, drink, beach, cycling! So there is no need for a big apartment. I would definitely stay here again! And the staff at Gran Zubieta were wonderful. Many thanks 🙏🏼
