Exceptional location, outstanding views, next to beach, in mountains region. Quiet, with tranqulising noise of the waves. What to expect more - just excellent. Roomy property with literally everything you need for 1-2 week stay, just fill up fridge. And by the way, all complaints about a bit wear of rooms, and bit hazy windows? Yes, it is due to salt conditions, this is sea around, so.. Admire interesting architecture of the hotel literally built in rocks, beauty of the beach and sea. Relax, this is really exceptional place to stay, far away from touristic crowded combos in "Playas .." (you know where). A must place to be in Tenerife.

The host was great! Very kind and helpful! We had really good time there. Very spacious apartment, well equiped, perfect for families with kids. There is a nice view. It is great that you can park your car in garage.

The apartment was the cleanest and most modern BNB I have stayed at in Europe, especially considering the price.The location is great! It's just a five-minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island. Plus, there's a convenient small grocery store across the street. The kitchen in the BNB was fully stocked with pots and pans, as well as dish soap, spices, and coffee, which is a lost art in the industry. I’ve read a few complaints about the lack of windows, but I disagree entirely. The floorplan designer was able to cleverly incorporate both sunlight and egress into the design. It was executed beautifully. Additionally, high-end folding windows were used to create a feeling of being partially outdoors throughout the home. I highly recommend it.

Amazing Location: sea view for an unforgettable sunrise. All the amenities, that someone renting an holiday apartment expect to have, were in place: oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and coffee ( most of time is annoying buying them for few meals, we did find also a bottle of water and couple of beers), laundry plus iron ( but most appreciate the laundry wash, not always provided in other apartments)! Toys and beach games ( very appreciated, flying and carrying our own wasn't an option)

Great location close to the beach, choices of restaurants and convenience stores. Easy to get to other locations on the island. high quality modern facilities within the apartment. Noella was helpful in providing clear instructions for check-in.

An excellent apartment just a couple of minutes walk from Las Terassitas beach, restaurants and a supermarket. Friendly host, fast in replies. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was fitted and decorated to an exceptional standard. Loved the location looking over the front and the sea. The photographs really do not do the apartment justice. A busy town on the weekends but not noisy and it was mainly Spanish and their families which gave a lovely feel to the town.

The house is amazing and the location could´t be better. The house has two main floors, one "middle floor" and roof top terrace. It also has a build in garage. The first floor has kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The "middle floor" has bedroom and small living room. The second floor has the master bedroom with hotel level bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, big living room and glasswall area with plants. The house has all you need including: small dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine and very good wifi. Check in and out went smoothly. Awesome beach Las Teresitas is only 5 min walk away and lots of restaurants are just around the corner. Spar supermarket is also very close. San Andres is lovely village with superb beach. You can reach the city of Santa Cruz with a bus that runs often by the beachstreet. San Andres is a good base to explore Anaga and northern coast. We highly recommend this house for a shorter or longer vacation.
