The communication and the staff were top notch. We were in a room on the 1st floor and could use the elevator to get our bags up the stairs. The room was very spacious and clean. We loved having access to a small kitchen when needed. This place is on one of the best streets in Porto - you can walk to the train station but since it's hilly, I would suggest an Uber. The staff is LOVELY and really made our time easy and fun. We will definitely return to this location!

It felt very private but still had the facilities needed. The beds were comfortable and the place very clean. Even little details like being able to borrow an umbrella., was so thoughtful.
