We have just returned from a 7 night stay at these exceptional refurbished apartments. We stayed in the small ground floor apartment but the outside patio space made it amply big enough. David and Anthony were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome their welcome gift and extra touches such as flowers and candles were a delight. The apartments are in a peaceful area but close enough to the town. We would highly recommend.

Nice quiet location, easy to get to, couple of minutes walk to beach front at Goodrington . Close by to Youngs park, and about 10 -15 minute walk down to Paignton sea front. We thought it was a lovely location and would definitely stay again .

We loved the bathroom, kitchen and the bedroom. The attention to detail was spot on. It was extremely comfortable and cozy with welcoming touches and a view to die for. Very peaceful. Highly recommended.

A very well kept and compact annex type accommodation. Very clean with all the facilities you require for a short break in a very interesting town. We slept well ,was nice and quiet .

Friendly host. Off street parking.. Walking distance to supermarket. 5 -10 minutes drive to local pubs. Great value.
