I couldn’t even get until my room after being beaten and robbed as there’s no staff. And I was needing to charge my phone and get to hospital. They just have an intercom, I told him everything. I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

They provide shampoo and hairdryer in the bathroom. The living room has a smart TV which you can watch Netflix YouTube etc. The host is very friendly and kind. The property is located in a nice neighborhood.

Apartment Brussels Airport and NATO OTAN headquarters se găsește în localitatea Machelen din regiunea Vlaams Brabant și are un balcon. Property was very clean and looked the same as in pictures. The host was very accommodating and responded very quick. Pick up and drop off at the airport was arranged. We had a lot of luggage so he came with a big car to make sure everything fit. Good customer service/hospitality is hard the find these days but not with this host. He was very welcoming and responded quickly when we needed something. Our flight got delayed last moment so we stayed longer in the apartment and he still was able to drop us off. I would definitely recommend booking this apartment.

The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

The host gave us all the information very efficiently, so we enjoyed our stay.

Very lovely apartment, nice furniture, and with coffee machine. Good internet and helpful housekeeping. Location is good as well and has nearby public transportation, supermarkets, cafes/restaurants within walking distance. While on the main road, the windows are well insulated.

Good location, also close to a public transport and supermarket. An appartment was very spacious,clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Highly recommended!

Extrem de jovial, prietenos, amabil, binevoitor ne-a oferit toate informatiile necesare unui sejur in Bruxelles. Ne-a oferi cadou bere belgiana, care a fost binevenita. Feed-back-ul a fost zilnic, aspect ce ne-a ajutat foarte mult. Karim si mama lui au gatit special pentru noi un fel de mancare specific tunisian, care a fost gustos si delicios, ceea ce am apreciat in mod deosebit. Apartamentul este situat chiar langa gara de nord, si este situat la etajul 6, avand la dispozitie 3 lifturi. Colocatarii din blic sunt amabili. Apartamentul este complet dotat cu aparatura necesara, este cochet si comfortabil pentru 2 persoane. Televizorul ofera gama completa de canale in toate limbile. Balconul mare, ofera o priveliste magnifica, incluzand Atomium. Zona este bine conexata la transportul in comun. In 20 de minute poti ajunge pe jos la piata mare. Pentru noi zona a fost sigura, nu am avut probleme. Experienta oferita de acest sejur a fost fenomenala, datorita lui Karim. Ii multumim inca odata pentru prietenia si caldura cu care ne-a gazduit. Speram sa revenim in curand.
