What a treat! A sustainable property and family, in the middle of nature. Everything looks wonderful, better than in the pictures, everything was spotless clean, you can tell the thought that went into building it. The hosts were very attentive, and staying there was a treat. There is a supermarket right next door, but the hosts can provide some local goodie for breakfast too(for lunch and dinner you can use the list of places they provide) We wished we could get stayed there for at least a week and we will come back if given the chance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Apartments Pod Macesnovo Streho in Solčava, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facilities were perfect—everything I needed was readily available, including a well-equipped kitchen that allowed me to cook my meals effortlessly. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, greeting me with a traditional Slovenian drink upon arrival, which made me feel right at home. Everything. Ana the host was exceptional and really does go the extra mile in helping make your stay so very enjoyable. Location was an interesting journey to reach but well worth it. Surrounding scenery spectacular, see photo for driveway to property; the accommodation very comfortable and clean - everything one would need for such a holiday. Ana has some great stories to tell re the building itself and the contents. The breakfast Ana bought up was super - all home made and so much of it. We cannot fault anything. Access to so many fantastic walks around the area which Ana is very knowledgeable about.

Luce is a small quiet village that lies on a river. Within short walking distance from the apartment was a super market and an excellent restaurant. The apartment was perfect for our trip - morning hikes, afternoon rest in the air conditioned apartment and evening walks along the river or through the village. The apartment was large enough, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Danielle was an exceptional hostess and allowed us access to her vegetable garden and chicken coop.

Great Host which allowed us to do the check-in earlier due to bad weather. Furthermore, small attentions such as coffee in the morning and homemade biscuit in the apartment are so nice ! The apartment is perfect! Completely new and modern with all the equipments you need and a lovely terrace. It is located just near a supermarket and a good restaurant! We highly recommend !!
