Cute, little AirBNB. A little tight on space, but we made it work in our favor. Main bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast in. We were given fresh fruit to enjoy. The private beach was perfect. There was a kayak to use, although our neighbors were usually in it when we were at the beach. Very private. Parking was private as well and they would rope it off so no visiting restaurant goers would take our parking spots. Beautiful location and very hospitable.

The location is great, also there are great restaurants nearby. The closest beach is 5-7 min away (by foot).

We loved everything! The location, the view, the setting of our house with a huge olive tree in the patio, the sun in the morning coming in to the house (reflecting off the sea), the peace, the pool. The owners are gorgeous, friendly, helpful and very hospitable. We ate at the villa 5 out of 11 nights and honestly it was the best food we had in Zakynthos. If you love fresh ingredients and home cooked food by a wonderful chef, you'll love Soteria's cooking. Yes, you can possibly find a slightly cheaper meal out, but everything we had was of a pretty low standard. There are some incredible beaches nearby and with the furthest being 30 mins away, a car is a must but it was very straightforward to get around. We dragged the kids out to see the sunrise, 5 mins away from the villa one morning and it was spectacular.

Nice studio with perfect sea view. We were surprised by welcoming local olives and vine, and also plate of fruits and water. Cleaning and fresh towels was every 3 days. There are two great beaches nearby, ~ 5-10 minutes on foot. In Mikro Nisi there is an option to rent a boat and spend whole day sailing around the island. John and his wife are such a wonderful people, so friendly and helpful, they took us to see Navagio viewpoint cause we had no car, it was very lovely to spend the evening with them.

The owners Rene and Ntia made us feel right at home from the start. We had a warm welcome, a little chat about the accommodation and even got to see their “making of” photobook. They are definitely two of the nicest people we met during our stay on Zakynthos. It has one of the best views (sit by the pool and watch the beautiful sea), everything is built and maintained with quality in mind and prioritized first. Bed’s are great, shower was too, interior tells you the owners actually care. Even the towels were those heavy-cotton ones you don’t find often enough. In short, both Rene and Ntia and the accommodation itself are all set to give you a delightful stay. Yes, the road is not paved and for some maybe even a little “adventurous”. But come on, you’re on a holiday after all. This might be not for the ones used to a spoiled all-inclusive experience without any own input. If you’re looking for top-quality, out of the ordinary and a well maintained accommodation with more than enough retaurants and facilities around, this is highly recommended! Don’t be scared away by the low number of reviews, Rene and Ntia opened up again July 2022, but the account was originally set-up years ago while they weren’t open for bookings. This makes the number of reviews distorted.

The location is very comfortable, right next to a small secluded beach. The house was clean, we had all the necessities and in addition - an amazing terrace with sea view, just perfect for evening conversations. The hostess Annamaria was kind hearted, forgiving and respectful. The little bonus- if you stay here you may get frequent visits from the a little pregnant black cat, she is a bit shy, but still talkative.

This was the most wonderful location for summer vacation we have ever booked on booking. The villa is specious with very high ceilings, well furnished and equipped with everything you need for your daily routine. The best surprises are the beautiful beach in front of the houses (200m.) and the most welcoming hosts you could imagine - Athina and Theo! They helped us to book a boat, great restaurants, to find secret beaches ⛱️ and even to try fishing like the locals 😉! A holiday to remember! Thank you Theo and Athina! We will come back again!

Linda was an amazing host and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as relaxing as possible. The suite was very clean, modern and perfect to catch the sunrise each day. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return in the near future to this amazing space and location.

Loved the Beautiful sea view and friendly staff. The shower area was a bit cramped and there is water everywhere after you shower due to lack of shower door. If you are planning to stay here, make sure you have euros exchanged beforehand. I would also recommend rental car as the location is a bit far from everything including airport. Also, the food upstairs is good but pricey for Greece. At night, you can hear noise from upstairs restaurant so that was a bit disturbing to sleep. Also, make sure you bring shampoo/conditioner because they only have body gel. Everything else was outstanding from beautiful sea views to friendly staff.

The hosts are really nice! The helped us rent a quad and fixed the shower handle, which I broke by accident, in less than three hours it without any extra fees. Furthermore, they organised a taxi to the airport for us. The rooms are clean and everything worked as intended.
