The location is smack bang in the old town, down a pedestrian street.. no vehicle noise or fumes, but taxi can only take you so far, within a few minutes walk. the place is spotless including the foyer lift etc . The host Mercedes is so very helpful and accommodating. WhatsApp communication excellent. Also the little touches ..toiletries, chocolates, tea and coffee starter pack..I really couldn't fault the care that someone has taken to ensure a clean comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect, the appartment was nicely and modern deccorated, beds comfy and kitchen had everything that is needed. If any questions the owners answered us right away. Smart tv in all 3 rooms and in Livingroom. It takes you less than 5 min to the beach and 5 min to old town. Best appartment we had in our trip through Costa Blanca. Would rate them more if possible, thank you very much for our stay.

Sängyt oli uusittu äskettäin ja niissä oli hyvä nukkua. Lisäksi asunto oli erittäin siisti. Joulukuun alussa alkoi jo olla melko viileitä öitä joten sähköpatteri piti asunnon lämpimänä. Noin kolme tuntia ilmoituksesta wc oli jo korjattu. Asunnon vian ilmoittaminen oli helppoa, watsupilla vain kuva ja siihen reagoitiin heti. Perus keittiö välineet löytyy uunia lukuunottamatta.
