The spacious apartment comes with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden views. Guests can enjoy a meal on an outdoor dining area while overlooking the inner courtyard views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

It’s one of the best-equipped properties we’ve ever stayed at. It’s spacious and located in the city center (500 meters from the castle). It was spotlessly clean. You can leave the car at a private parking space. Even if we were just on the way, we had a great stay and would have loved staying longer. Because of the nice city and because of the nice flat. The host is lovely and attentive and check-in was very smooth.

A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels.

The location was nice - very close to the water and a short walk to the old city center. Parking facilities nearby. Super friendly and helpful hosts and everything was totally new and nice. Even cold beverages in the fridge at arrival and chrome cast at the big tv, so you could relax in the couch with your own favorite show. Besides - Schwerin is a nice town with good restaurants and a lot of small shops - my favorite was "Das Kontor" in Puschkinstrasse with hand made art and jewelry. If you plan a trip to Schwerin I would absolutely recommend these apartments!

One of the most beautiful, comfortable and modern apartments we have ever stayed in! Design and decoration are top, all was super clean as well. Very helpful info materials and everything you could possibly need was available. Communication with the host was speedy, professional and friendly. Location could not be better, easy to reach everything we wanted to visit in Schwerin, castle, lake, old town, cathedral, restaurants, shops, Mecklinburger Staatstheater. Newly renovated in 2014, the apartments are located in stand-alone huts on the peaceful edge of the city. Guests enjoy direct access to the lake and garden.

We travelled with friends for one night there. We needed a grill and the host kindly provided us with a brand new grill. The house was very comfortable and was very well equipped. I would definitely go back there, perhaps in summer.

    The lady that welcomed us with the keys was very friendly and helpful with parking our car, carrying our suitcase and showing the apartment. The apt was very clean and complete. The town can be easily surveyed by bike. Town and surroundings are very pleasant.

    Perfect instructions for entry into flat with pictures to make clear what we were looking for. Host says she wants you to feel this is your home from home and the apartment certainly does that. Well thought out, excellent quality of appliances and so many little comforts considered for your stay. Everything was immaculate and spotless - biggest tv I have ever watched !!👍

    It was a very nice, clean and big apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, the apparent is comfy and it looks the same as the photos. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be at a walking distance from the main attractions of the city.

    One of the most beautiful, comfortable and modern apartments we have ever stayed in! Design and decoration are top, all was super clean as well. Very helpful info materials and everything you could possibly need was available. Communication with the host was speedy, professional and friendly. Location could not be better, easy to reach everything we wanted to visit in Schwerin, castle, lake, old town, cathedral, restaurants, shops, Mecklinburger Staatstheater. Thank you for everything Cristina!

    Vey quiet and comfortable ground floor apartment in the Schelfmarkt district which is very conveniently situated for the Rathaus and some good restaurants. ('Zur guten Quelle' is recommended: https://www.gasthof-schwerin.de) Ideal for a short stay in Schwerin and for exploring Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Bus No.11 from the 'Schelfmarkt' stop, opposite the apartment, gives easy access to the main station. Local transport system is: https://www.nahverkehr-schwerin.de/de/fahrplaene.html
