It had a very nice view, very clean and well maintained. Our friends' apartment was more like a big room divided rather than an apartment, while ours was indeed a small studio. It has an elevator, which was a huge plus since our apartments were on the 3rd floor. There are small stairs to reach the apartments, but it wasn’t an issue.

When we faced problems with the dishwasher and the coffee machine, he helped us promptly. Furthermore, he agreed to leave or luggage in the flat until the designated check-in time. Beds were comfortable, and the furniture and kitchen utensils were adequate. Finally, the flat was relatively safe for small kids.

The property is not far from the centre. We enjoyed walking, but the tram stop is close by in case you don't want to walk. There are some restaurants nearby. The self check-in was super easy and very convenient. Staff at the reception was always very nice. We enjoyed our stay at Suytes!
