The studio is charming, it has a nice balcony and the view has some nice trees which host some happy singing birds. The neighbourhood is also beautiful and we think it is the best choice for Verviers. There is a bakery nearby open early in the morning, some restaurants here and there and a big supermarket. We had a good time in this studio and we plan to come back.

I traveled with my family (husband and 2 small kids) and the apartment was perfect for us. Well-equipped, organized, and clean apartment. I didn't have the chance to meet the host, but he seems to be a nice person. The location was perfect for us, away from the city but close enough for us to have our meals at nice restaurants.

Sauna is an infrared one, but worked fine for us and we enjoyed it a lot. Sound system is very nice and convenient to use. The barbeque facilities are available (a gas flat-top grill). The host is easy to contact by phone and he responds very quickly. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant despite the bad weather.
