Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with sea views. At the aparthotel, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. This hotel was one of the nicest, if not the nicest, hotels I have stayed at in Terceira. I have been traveling to Terceira for years and have never stayed in a hotel like The Shipyard. It is brand new and everything inside and outside was done tastefully and modern. If you are not familiar with Terceira, it is incredibly humid. It is very common to smell or see mold when entering buildings or houses. This hotel is very well cared for, there were no signs of mold and our apartments were kept very clean the entire stay. The breakfast was lovely, the best pastel de natas I've had from Terceira.

Very clean, location, well appointed apartment, staff, A/C, WiFi, TV channels, spacious, secure , and owners very helpful to our needs and requests for items to add to kitchen (toaster and coffee maker).
