Welcoming drinks at the arrival, sparkling wine at the room. Spacious room with huge bed and even bigger pillows. Free access to the natural pools. As pools were too cold for us, we enjoyed the jacuzzi zone on the hotel roof. Breakfast was nice, with many fruit options and a nice view. Good value for money.

Everything about this apartment was amazing. I can’t recommend it enough. The setting is beyond spectacular, well worth the extra drive from Funchal. The village is quaint and friendly, with a food market just up the street and beautiful trails nearby. The apartment is large, yet still cozy, and well maintained. And the hosts are wonderful. I can’t say enough about this apartment. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m hoping to be back as soon as possible.

Lovely location that’s very close to lots of restaurants and the lido. We stayed for New Years and the view of the fireworks from the balcony was out of this world. But the best thing about the property is the host Sarah, she’s such fun and was so easy to communicate with during our stay.

When we first entered the appartment and opened windows wonderful jazz sounds from the park outside fulfilled all appartment. You just can sit and enjoy music and views with the glass of complimentary welcome wine. Highly recommend this property: central location, huge appartment, comfortable beds, very clean, full kitchen equipment, iron and iron desk. Easy communication with the owner. Great location as you can easily walk to the city center. Friendly staff and good sized room with small kitchenette. Breakfast at Pestana Casino Park was amazing and the hotel is beautiful. You can use the pool and other spaces of the 5* hotel next door which is a bonus.
