Conveniently set in Faro, Roots Hotel provides a continental breakfast and free WiFi. Private parking is available on site. I think this is one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at. Well-equipped studio kitchen, cozy bedroom, large balcony. Everything is very clean and new. The hotel is located next to the old town and has underground parking with an electric charging station. There is even a swimming pool, unfortunately the weather did not allow us to enjoy it. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and speak excellent English.

Vila Luz offers self-contained accommodation overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from a cliff among landscaped gardens. Breakfast - I liked the fact that they offer several types of fruit and warm bread. Balcony - The size and view from the balcony was beautiful

The location was right in the center of the historic area. It was easy to walk everywhere. The property was beautiful designed with amazing taste. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I also love to see people love their jobs to me that says a lot about management and the work environment which directly effects me and the vibe of the place. The pool and terrace were also lovely.

The location was exceptional and the grounds were beautiful. It was elegantly understated and felt like you were stepping back in time, which is refreshing.
