The staff is wonderful. First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

Lovely apartment, two bedrooms and 2 good sized bathrooms, had everything you need. Very good value compared to other accomodation on the island.

Great rental after a long voyage on a sailboat. Place was nice and clean. Reception really nice. Cafe downstairs for beers or coffee/food. Great view as well.

Everything is brand new and in excellent condition. The place is spotlessly clean and you can see the dedication of the owners to this property. Spectacular views from balconies on Pico Island. Breakfast was sufficient maybe a slice of tomato would be good.

This place is simply the best. Stop scroliing, you have just found the best possible place in the town! Comfy place with breath taking view to the mount Pico. Very well equipped and spacious. Situated in the town just above its center in a blooming corner yard next to the quiet street. Reception desk, cleaning services and also extra services available at your fingertip.
