The staff was super helpful and prepared sandwiches and plenty of water (it was super hot) when we arrived at 3am in the morning. They took care of everything from transporting our bags, arranging for transfers to the concierge, Maria, who was amazing. Everything we needed via WhatsApp she took care of right away. We always had the best recommendations and got the best tables in the house. The breakfast was served via roomservice and included excellent options and quality. This is a place where you can really relax. It was almost painful waking up to the most amazing views of the caldera every morning with breakfast served at the door at the exact time you asked for it.

The location was spot on, with views overlooking Nea Kameni and Oia was stunning whilst having our breakfast on our private sitting area. The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive and gave us really good recommendations and layout of the island.
