We liked everything about Au30. Franck and Bertille could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and charming. We really enjoyed having a sauna within the privacy of the apartment. That was such an unusual feature. The location could not have been more convenient to all the sights we wished to visit in lovely Lille. Both rail stations are in easy walking distance of the apartment, which was important to us as we were able to easily transport our luggage back and forth. The apartment is a few streets away from the main activity of the city, so while convenient, it was very quiet at night. We would not hesitate to stay at Au30 again, or to recommend it to friends.

Beautiful place! Our original accomodation cancelled on us so we booked this with pretty short notice. The communication was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The flat was clean and comfortable. You enter with a code so no key is needed, even for the flat, which we really liked. Although it is right by the train station, we didn't hear much street noise. And the location is very convenient! They also let us keep our bags there while waiting for check-in. Overall great stay!

It has a view to the back of the building, so it was quiet, although the hotel is located in the heart of downtown between both train stations Lille Europe and Lille Flandres. It’s close to every store and restaurants. Carrefour is next door, which makes it convenient if you prefer to cook your meals in the kitchenette.
